We have the same issue as 12V98 Cummins has, we're a little nose high too. I'm having my RV suspension altered (raised) a bit to bring it to nearly level while towing. We have the rear air suspension on our '15 RAM too and even in alt ht mode we're still too nose high for my liking. This will be done the middle of next month. It's the only way I know of to level everything out properly.
My advice to the OP would be to be prepared to state your case to your dealer at the time of delivery should your trailer be nose high. I'm sure he'll have something to say about it other than "it is what it is". It may involve added expense though. :(
