Anyone out there ever replace their A&E Weather Pro Awning Electric Motor? My awning will not extend. Can hear the motor kick in when I hit the retract button. Can't hear motor kick in when I hit...

OK guys, I'll check the rocker switch. Didn't think it was the switch because the remote control won't extend it either. Are the two in series? If one doesn't work the other wont either?
