A&E Weather Pro Awning Electric Motor Replacement.

Anyone out there ever replace their A&E Weather Pro Awning Electric Motor? My awning will not extend. Can hear the motor kick in when I hit the retract button. Can't hear motor kick in when I hit...

Yes, I had mine replaced last spring. It was a two man job. They also replaced the torsional spring at the other end of the tube.

The motor leads should be accessible in the arm.
