OK, problem partially solved. Found out that if the wind sensor is clogged or something else the awning will not extend. It locks out the motor so it will not open. It will close but not open.
So I read the instructions and turned off the wind sensor function with the remote. I then hit the open button on the remote and the awning opened. So now I need to figure out why the wind sensor is in the lock position.
I washed the RV last week and maybe flushed some debris into the sensor. Will check it out tomorrow. Will post the results.
