I really don't know much about Carrier. I think they are out of business, or at least quit making RV coolers. Its a shame there are techs that know nothing. I've had some. I would do a search of your area and see if there is a tech that others recommend. When in Colorado we use a girl that worked on RVs, and came from Amarillo TX. She was a heather A/C repairmen in Texas, but easily converted to RVs.. She worked on our A.C while in Colorado so maybe you have a local house A/C person that can help you out. Good luck.
