These are the service techs from the old Alfa factory.
We have had good luck with phone advice from them if you are not close to them.
We had slide problems too and they helped DH troubleshoot several things after the local service shop messed things up completely. Be sure to upgrade the wiring to heavy duty battery cable wiring. It made a huge difference for our slide after everything else was fixed. - JaneNLeeExplorerThanks for your reply. Seems like the wiring was tampered with so not sure of there is power...will check it out. Thank you for your help. Happy RVing
- bobsallyhExplorer IIThere are some tests that should be done first before knowing what might be wrong. Is there voltage going to the slide motor as these are not hydrulic slides? I'm not sure as I understand the "seal" situation. Did you try to crank it in by hand? By the way I'm an Alfa owner.
