Is your truck a 2500 or a 3500? Cant have it both ways. 2014 or 2017? Short, or more rightly listed as a standard bed is going to probably mean you will want a slider hitch. Anything less and you run the chance of wiping out your rear window and or the back of your cab with your trailer.
If your asking about trucks? 3500 for sure. Long bed for the additional storage space plus no need for a slider hitch.
Your trailer is 100 inches wide? So take a string, measure off 50 inches and from directly over the rear axle swing the string and see how badly you hit the cab.
