I've searched several times for any court rulings on who has the rights to the name, but I'm not sure things are totally settled. Omega is using the WW name all over - website, Facebook, etc. If RV Factory had won I'd think those things would have been disappearing. Time will tell.
RV Factory is a direct to consumer sales only, while Omega/WW is via dealer distribution.
Neither RV brand has developed a big following as of yet, time will tell.
