Also adjusting your brake controller can reduce chucking. It can be related to your trailer brakes coming on to light and the trailer surges forward when the truck brakes are pressed. Getting the setting to heavy on the trailer side will jerk the truck back at stop lights so it is a "just right" kind of adjustment. Ideally, truck and trailer stop together without one jerking the other.
