Chucking is the uneven jerking that is amplified as you travel over uneven roads with a 5th wheel hitch. Some combinations of trucks, and trailers seem worse than others. Seems that the most effective way to reduce or eliminate this condition is to have some cushioning rubber or air element in either the hitch or the pin box. Search "chucking" on this forum and you will see plenty of discussion.
