My present hitch is a Superglide so No. But it replaced an older Husky slider wo on that context, yes. I had some chucking and clunking which led me down the road of what to do. Worked on adjusting the Husky a few times to get rid of the clunks to no long term success. My main concern was to avoid a bigger problem when in use. At the time I changed to the Superglide I also changed to a Morryde pinbox. I'll just say it was money well spent.
