Are you dissatisfied enough to change your hitch?

Every hitch out there is safe. They would be sued/driven out of business if they weren't. And if your hitch fails, it will be your own fault. There isn't an ounce of difference between them with regards to safety.

Having said that, peace of mind is priceless, and if you don't have confidence in your hitch, you definitely should change it. Camping should not make you nervous.

If you just don't like how it operates, just make a judgment call on how much that annoyance is worth to you.
