AZ weather
We have been down in Phoenix for about 10 days rainy and cold I always thought this is where snowbirds came to get warm my parents spent 3 months a year and it was warm, how things have changed

Per an article in the Arizona Daily Star this morning the National Weather Service confirmed today that this is already the 4th warmest winter on record for Tucson. Rainfall has been about normal but the usual low temps just have not happened and the average high has been almost 3 degrees warmer.
