Big Horn 5th wheel

Fulltimed for six years in our Bighorn....loved it so much, we are now full timing in a 2013 Heartland Landmark. Excellent product and customer support!!

My personal experience with Heartland has been nothing but great! Our last trip out I pulled into a rest area. While doing so I heard a noise coming from my TT. Upon investigating, I found a spring hanging out of the break drum. (the wheel adjustor had come apart inside the wheel) I called the dealer where I had purchased who called Heartland. Within a very few minutes I received a call from Heartland. They helped find a mobile repair service who came out and repaired it. 45 minutes later we were back on the road toward our destination. Heartland took care of everything.

We now have our 2nd Big Horn and have lived in both full time. Had the first for 4 years and traded for the current rig. Wanted bigger slides, a double fridge and an icemaker. We are happy with our rig. All RV's have problems so don't expect to have a complete smooth sail. However, we have been happy with the customer service.

I have been satisfied with mine so far. The only warranty that was addressed was the LR air conditioner which was replaced by Dometic under it's warranty.

We've had ours since September, and are really happy with it. Hasn't been a problem we've had that hasn't been dealt with quickly. Can't say that I'd steer you away from one based on our experience.

We are happy with ours. You can get a lemon with any company-good luck.

If you are looking for a QUALITY RV I would suggest you look elsewhere!

-x1 I consider Heartland 'heartless' with the lackluster support for what I considered a deathtrap the 2011 Cyclone 300C. The heartless forum supports positive comments but will censure those with issues based upon a faulty product. the moderators on that forum are nothing more than spineless puppets.

Big Horn is a great rig! Heartland Owners Club and their very active online form is one of the best. Heartland factory customer service is the best there is...I'm a very satisfied Heartland owner.

X2, I just bought a 2012 5th wheel Big Horn 34'. Warranty work, customer serivce, tech service via phone and Heartland Owners club are all outstanding. The Heartland rallys are great for meeting new people, sharing RV experiences and solutions to RV issues. Heading up to a rally in Winchester Bay in Oregon. I also like that you are welcome to any of the rallys in other areas and states as well.
