That's what I did as well. I pulled the trailer home last month and right to the tire shop. I traded the OEM ST's for Hankook LT's price with trade was $340. Well worth it in my opinion.

The "they" is the tire sidewall and the tire data sticker on the camper. Both say max inflation is 85 psi.

I also need to call Heartland and find out if the rims are rated to 110 psi, unless someone here who has one has already done the homework and can tell me.

I'd love to get 2-4 years of service out of them before biting the bullet for a set of GY 614s

the rims on our rig are stamped 3950 pounds and 110 psi on the back. As to the G614's, they are mini semi tires :)

If it was my RV, I'd change them NOW. In fact we still have the brand new Carlisles that came on our first hardsided TT, they made great tree swings for the kids.

On our camper the first OEM tire (General American) blew on a hot west Texas day at around three years out and did $1600 in damage. Replaced them with a Goodyear Titan LR-E, balanced, aired correctly, lasted 9 months from date of manufacture at a plant across the Pacific ocean. With ST tires it is "How good is your luck!"

I balanced them when I got it home from the dealership. After that I kept them at max sidewall pressure and rotated them every tv oil change. I went 3 yrs with just under 20k. The sidewall undulations were scaring me so I swapped in LT's. The tread was only about 1/2 gone.

I put 15000 on my OEM tires before replacing them (tread worn out).

85psi? Who is the "they" to whom you refer. Don't exceed max PSI on sidewall.

Rim rating is stamped or cast directly on the rim.
