Blue Beacon Truck Wash Weathershield aaplication

I will be taking my 5th wheel to the local Blue Beacon Truck Wash (Bentleyville PA) tomorrow.

My question is that they are offering a Weather shield application for an additional cost. Has anyone had this done to their RV? I had a young girl on the phone and she couldn't really answer my questions. The extra cost is only $5 so its not a money issue but I just want to know what is being applied to my 5th wheel.

Thanks!

  • Pretty sure it's a RainX product. If not made by RainX, it's similar.

    OP here,

They offer two products Weather Shield or Rainx. I found the prices for each are $6 and $12 respectively.

Just need to know what they do for me, are they harmful to the 5th wheel?

Anybody ever use one of these products?

    Thanks!

  • I use Blue Beacon washes and always get the Rain-X rinse. Makes the trailer look like it has been waxed.
