Bottom Ladder attachment loose

I replaced all the ladder standoffs on my trailer because the bolts were getting rusty and the ladder was starting to loosen. It has been several years since doing it but think I got them from this place. I ordered the white ones. You can also order individual part for the ladder. I think you will find the "star nuts" you were looking for here.

I also used these brackets for the bottom of the ladder where it mounts to the trailer. I put new butyl tape under each bracket so no water could penetrate. Those brackets are much sturdier than the original mount.
