bough a Keystone Hobbi today

Found a nice used WD hitch, 750 pounds, going to look at it today.

These trailer tires, i measure 5x4.25 stud to stud. Do any car or truck wheels bolt up? I don't know the hub diameter. I'd like to get some 16 inch rims for better ground clearance

My Honda EU2000i was hit and miss with running the A/C. I gave up trying it with one generator and now have a pair of EU2000i gens. It's rare that I need both, and will only pack both when I know I will be wanting to run the A/C.

750 is pretty minimal.... 1" of hitch drop is pretty minimal too.

I'd recommend getting a weight distribution hitch.

All interior lights are 12v.

If some don't work, it could be because there's a wall switch somewhere that controls them... as well as switches on the light fixture itself, which may be off.

I carry sewer and fresh hoses in both 10' and 20' lengths that can combined together for a 30' reach. I also have a 30' reach for electric with adapters to to use 15A, 30A or 50A plugs.

You can get a lower powered AC that runs off a 2KW generator or get the larger generator that supports your current AC. My toy hauler had a 5.5KW model that was great for powering welders and air compressors. If you do field repairs on your toys, a larger generator may be desirable over the little Honda.

Lights, water pump, fridge, usually stereo, fuel station, antenna booster and heat are all 12v.
TV, water heater if elect option, microwave, AC are 110v shore power.
Fridge will run on LP but need power too, either manual or auto 12v or 110v.
Water Heater is gas with electric ignition, some have combo gas and 110v heat.

Most of the time the normal length of cord with the Hobbi will be fine, but having an extra heavy duty extension cord doesn't hurt.

I've always carried a normal 12-15' dump hose and another one to be safe, use it on occasion so I don't have to hug the dump hose depending on the site.

I carry a 12' and 50' water hose, the 12' works most of the time but that 50' is a life saver at some campgrounds.

Toy Haulers have a heavy tongue, you defiantly want a weight distribution hitch setup. I went with the Equalizer brand as it has sway control as well.

A/C is 120Volt your gas furnace is 12 Volts.
Fridge is 120V or Gas.

Thanks, I've read the 2000watt Honda was hit or miss for some people. It's half the price of the 3000 watt up here. Was even thinking of buying a single phase soft start for the ac, still cheaper

Congrats on the RV.. I's almost identical to my KZ MXT20 Coyote.. did a double take when i looked at the post.. LOL

A/C is probably same as mine, I had a Honda 2000i and it was not happy
with this unit even with a hard start kit on the A/C.. so I went to a 3000 Watt genny and all's well now.. problem with all a/c units is the LRA ( locked rotor amps ).. you need almost 3x the running current available to start, when running your unit will draw about 10 to 12 amps or so.. also another thing is the tires.. I did the calcs on mine fully loaded and the original ST's don't have any reserve at all.. I replaced them with Maxxis UE168(n) bravo's rated well above the GVWR.
