Brand new owner

That's pretty extensive water damage by the looks of it. Repair costs would far exceed its value. Take it back and run away.

Which means the seller doesn't even think his RV is worth $4,500.

The seller was actually very understanding. He stopped by we talked showed him what was up. He is OK with returning it. BUT he also offered to knock another 1,000 off of the price. I am going to stop by a repair facility on the way to return it to get a cost quote. IF they can even fix it.

Hi... I am in the camp that suggests not buying the unit.. Why start with problems? This is a major water leak problem that will require serious money to fix.. jim2007

tell the seller you couldn't get a loan approved given its condition.

it sounds like you are still considering buying it. what part of NO is hard to understand?

Sellers make all sorts of claims. Once he has the cash in hand all bets are off, and he will deny everyrhing

Thanks guys, I am realizing what I feared. What prompted this is that an outside porch light fell out right above the one delaminatined area, hope I know why.

"Recently sealed", right after the trailer was ruined. If you have any doubt , take it to any local dealer and ask for an estimate to repair the unit, when you regain consciousness, gently take it back.
