First of all your description of your problem is very confusing and difficult to follow. Not trying to be an a__ hole here but I'm really struggling to understand your problem.
Also, some suggestions have referred to your inverter. I doubt you have an inverter but rather I believe you have a converter. So take note of that fact. These two components perform completely different functions. 30amp systems don't usually have inverters.
As suggested a few times already, turn off all the breakers and then turn them on one at a time. Turn one and see if you have power to what it controls. Then turn that one off and turn on another breaker. After you have performed this check come back and tell what you have found.
