Cedar Creek 5th wheel question

Ours is a 2010 and it has been good, not perfect but there is not one in any brand out there. Had a small spyder crack in the bedroom slide that was fixed at the factory and while there I had them check the front end for excessive movement. They checked and decided it was to much so between them and Lippert that also was fixed at no charge for either repair, great service as far as we are concerned.
I also hear the hung walls are easier to repair if ever needed the the laminated style of walls. Good luck on your search.

My 16 year old rig has been an absolute joy to own! No issues as of yet. The real only 'repair' (I've done upgrades but they don't count) has been the replacement of the bath skylight due to ultra violet rays causing cracking.

OMG, yes I did have separation on my 05 5th wheel, 34RLTS..We traveled about 15,000 miles with it going cross country and local travel too. Then on one of our vacations coming back home we had a layover and on setting up the camper to to use I noticed we pulling out the 2 recliners and 2" plus gap along the back wall and floor. This just freaked me out, When cking it out outside the back wall had separated from the floor and left side wall...starting from the floor and going up to about 2/3rds the way up the wall...I was wondering if I would make it home or would it just fall apart on the NY through way...I made it home to repair it must self..I found the screws from the floor frame pulled out from the wall frame, I removed the screws and other attaching hardware on the RV where the separation had happened, the made a ram using a 4x4 and plywood,placing the plywood against the back wall and the 4x4 against a big strong oak tree we had, with the truck and camper attached together..I put the truck into revers which pushed the back into place..But before that I used a glue along the floor frame, once contact was made I bolted the 2 together and never had a issue of separation again...I had a few problems with my CedarCreek but do miss it, when I traded it in I had approx 65,000 mile on the 5er.

Have owned it since we ordered/bought it new in June '05. Have been very happy with it and worked out great when the kids were small. Now that one has moved out and the other is 16, thinking very much of a upgrade to a new unit w/o the bunks. At time of purchase, our coach came w/ many standard items which were options on others and we only added/changed 4 things when it was ordered. We looked at several coaches before buying and as we looked at our comparison chart, the CC's kept coming out on top.

We are on our second Cedar Creek. We had the first one ten years and put about 50,000 miles on it before we upgraded. Our current one is 3 years old and has over 15,000 miles on it with no problems with skin cracking or frame issues or any other problems for that matter. One member of our CCRVOC club has 330,000 miles (yes you read that correctly) on his trailer and it has no issues other that repairs from damage caused by blown tires. Cedar Creek trailers are very well built and have great factory support if problems arise.

I'm not a metallurgist or a Cedar Creek owner, but I do know that Aston Martin has been gluing their aluminum frames for over a decade. Apparently, welding weakens the aluminum, and the glue they use is stronger than the metal.

Lots of logging and oilfield roads with ours and no problems so far. But it is only 3 years old.

Screwed and glued. Far as I know, always been that way w/ the CC line.
