Colorado Springs area camping with OHV trails etc?

$25 is for the permit, which is for the whole year, and $0.25 is put to a fund that covers you for rescue. It's the same fund that the $0.25 from a fishing license goes to as well. We used to buy fishing licenses when we would do mountaineering so you were covered in the event you ever needed rescue.
