Colorado Springs area camping with OHV trails etc?

I'm barely settled but got "snowed in" today and started poking around looking for campgrounds for spring that have ATV OHV trails from the campground. I found a few on hwy 24 past woodland park,(1...

Yeah familiar with that page. It just does not say you don't need one. I had some friends checked while I was there a year or so ago and we were told you have to have the sticker even on street legal vehicles but they were just given a warning not a citation.
