Colorado Springs area camping with OHV trails etc?

I'm barely settled but got "snowed in" today and started poking around looking for campgrounds for spring that have ATV OHV trails from the campground. I found a few on hwy 24 past woodland park,(1...

The permits are going into a fund kind of like in CA the Adventure Pass. In CA you don't need an adventure pass, it's required too but its not a law.
