dirty awning

I have a 2015 Alpine 5th wheel. It was at the repair shop for 4 months after returning from a 3 month trip this winter in UT. When we brought the trailer home the awning which is white on the underside is really stained and dirty. After trying every cleaning product on the market it is still stained. Is there anything to get it to be white again? Is there any awnings that do not get the stains on the white side?

    Spray bottle with a little bleach & full of water. Spray, let it sit 15 minutes then rinse. Clean.

    I use Simple Green and a Mr. Clean magic eraser mop head on a 10' pole. Works great and is very easy. This was on a "vinyl" type of awning materiel not fabric.

    I just read on the RV Travel newsletter to use an RV awning cleaner, wet thoroughly, then roll it up and let sit for several hours, unroll and rinse off. I haven't tried this but it sure makes sense to me. I was ready to try this today since we were rinsing off the slide out awnings and cleaning the roof after returning from a trip, but am out of awning cleaner.
