I would highly recommend flipping the axle (it cost me $350). The first time your truck bed meets the bottom of the camper, it will cost more than $350. - stellar714ExplorerIt does not pull level I would have to flip the axles to make it level. bed clarence is about 3 or 4 inches

Not an issue with mine before I flipped the axles. What is your truck bed clearance? Does it pull level? - stellar714ExplorerDoes anyone else have the same problem my spare tire Hangs below my rear bumper. On the first trip out it band the bar that lowers the tire

Racorman, nice upgrades. Thanks for the pictures. I'm looking at putting a cabinet door on there also. There's not much room in the kitchen cabinets as it is. Nice place to thow extra paper towls etc. Did you get the color of the new door to match? did you get the color from the factory?
I'm looking at putting an inverter in also. I just haven't found one that I want (2000w pure sign) at a decent price. Not sure where I'll put it but there's plenty of room. I like how you mounted it overhead.
The cabinet maker made the door exactly the same size and style and matched the finish. It was just over $100 It might be cheaper to order a door from the factory, however you'll need to have the side pieces made and stained also. For me it was best to have it done locally and the stain match was perfect.
I bought the Xantrex pure sine 2000 watt inverter at West Marine for $370. Also, try to keep the inverter as close as you can to the batteries..... that's why I mounted it where I did.
Also, consider building a shelf mid way inside the right and left side cabinets..... you'll almost double your storage :W
Love this rig....... - StrutterExplorerRacorman, nice upgrades. Thanks for the pictures. I'm looking at putting a cabinet door on there also. There's not much room in the kitchen cabinets as it is. I was thinking it would be nice to have a hole in the floor right beside the shower into the basement ( where your inverter is). I could then put a small laundry basket in the basement and use a door in the floor as a hamper. I'm concerned about cutting into the floor right there not knowing if there is a brace or anything in the floor.Just a thought and I don't know if I'll do it. Saw that on a new Warrior and thought it was a nice feature.
I just got done recaulking the shower. I'll run water on it tomorrow and see if I got the leak - BakersfieldExplorer

My shower leak appeared in the same spot you reference, but the source was around where the knobs are. Apparently the water gets in there and runs down to the bottom left of the shower. The factory fixed mine and I can now see additional silicone around the fixture.

1) battery frame was too small to fit batteries in (really?). This was an odd mistake as the angle iron was 1/4" to narrow to accept a battery. I left them as is and modified the compartment to hold 3 batteries.they fit nicely and in the future I'll be looking for a way to get a 4th in there.
(2)has anyone installed an inverter? If so where did you mount it and did you tie it directly into the converter?
3) what's up with the huge inaccesable void above the refrigerator? It looks like the front cabinet is glued on and there is no way to get in there without destroying the front panel. Has anyone got in there and utilize the space?
4) what's up with the huge waste of space above the generator? Look up and to the left when in your battery compartment and you'll see what I mean. Has anyone found a use for this yet?
Here is the link showing how I installed (4) 6 volt batteries:

I mounted my 2000 watt pure sine inverter right behind the batteries:

I pulled that panel off above the refrigerator and had a local cabinet company make a door. I turned that space into a nice sized cabinet.
I store extra water jugs in that area next to the generator - my996duc1Explorer

2) The guy at Attitude said the fittings were loose on the back of the fixture on mine. He tightened them and then ran some silicone around the edge of the faucet fixture. I have not had it out to try it since it was fixed.
3) I noticed the void but not sure what is up there. If it is hollow, it would be great to add another cabinet door and have some usable space.
4) Saw this area the other day. I want to see if any heat radiates up from the generator to this area. If not then I want to add in some storage here.
