Factory Pin Weight vs. Actual vs. Payload???
Hi, We are looking to get a 5th wheel and a truck. We have a big family so will need a big trailer. Looking at Mid Bunks, and one ton diesel trucks. I really don't want to get a dually if possible....

Thanks for all the replies. Yes, the F-350 can have up to a 4000 pound or so payload rating, but that would be with a gas engine I would assume. The diesel engine takes away about 700 pounds of payload
Not according to Fords Fleet body service specs. Check out some of the F350 SRW 6.7 diesel trucks with 18" and 20" wheel options (about half way down). Several with 4k+ load ratings.
