Cedar Creek has one with a left side door

Old model years there were some also, Fleetwood made some with rear doors. Even seen a couple with doors on either side.

If you want to spend money, New Horizons does only custom work and would build exactly what you want, but I know it will not be cheap.

Sans the air-conditioning and power converter (maybe water heater) most things in the rig run off 12VDC anyway.

Wildcat has some with a rear entry as well as the traditional US curb side door. Other Forest River models do as well. They are the huge bunk house models with a rear 1/2 bath.

Keystone Montana has the 3850FL which has the right side and left side doors. Tim

Our new cougar 301SAB has a left side entry door, although it leads to the 1/2 bath, but still allows entry into the rest of the coach

Americana 5th wheels builds models for export with left side door and 240 volt. I called about getting a left side door for my seasonal site.

Do you want a US made rig? or are you coming here for a Holiday? and this fits your life style. Remember we drive on the RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD here. and we don't want to get crunched be some dumb motorist. As you do down-under for the left side, same reason.

We were planning to come over to the USA and buy a fifth wheel and tow vehicle. Then tour around the USA for 3 to 6 months. When finished our USA holiday, sell the tow vehicle and ship the fifth wheel back to Australia where we will continue touring. If we can get a fifth wheel with a rear or left hand door as well as a 110/240volt compliant electrical wiring. It is a lot easier just to change the appliances to meet Australian Standards. Rather than the drama of rewiring the whole fifth wheel. I hope this explains further our motives. Thanks for your insight, and have a great weekend. Cheers, Rod.,
