What type of brake controller do you have?
Does the brake controller light up when operated manually?
Some after-market have an in-line fuse. Trace the wire from controller to truck connection.
Check the wire from the brake light switch to the controller.
Integrated brake controller should have fuse in trucks fuse block. 2004 maybe the one left of steering column under the dash.
Do not confuse a 30 amp trailer power feed with brake.
