Generator- gasoline or propane?

I have a friend who had a propane genny in his class A. He had a problem with it and started looking to get it serviced. He found that there were about 20 places around that would work on small gas engines for every 1 that would work on a propane engine. I had never thought of that aspect of the propane vs gas generator question but it seemed very relevant.
