You need to weigh your trailer. If you are at 15,500 lbs loaded and each tire is loaded to its maximum of 3,420 lbs., then you will have 1,820 lbs, of hitch pin weight. I bet you are overloading your tires especially on the road side with those two slide outs!
Exactly why I was looking at the Carlisle 12 Plys. The load index rating is 128 which is 3968lbs at 95PSI. That would support my rig at close to 16k with what should be no problem. My rims are also rated at 3960lbs so I'm good there as well. I am going to weigh my trailer regardless.
