I don't know if you store other rubber tired vehicles in there as well but you might check to see if there is something in the building or area that is generating ozone. Ozone is damaging to rubber but sometimes not thought about. tires should not be stored near electric motors and generators, arc welders, mercury vapor lamps or other ozone-generating sources. Ozone adversely affects rubber, causing it to become brittle and crack. Tires are made with antioxidants, waxes, etc. to prevent degredation but these tires need to be working / flexing to help bring these chemicals to the surface in order to block the uv and ozone.
I thought about that as well. Its just a huge garage/barn that has several RV's in it. Concrete slab, no chemicals that I know of.
