Front tire gets a nail of something on the road, loses air then overheats and blows....tire number 2 gets overloaded and stressed from carrying the load, even for a short while, on a 2 tire trailer I always see tire 2, the tire on the same side as the blow out go out soon.
Your other tire could just have a leak.
