Granddesign Reflection 28 BH gooseneck compatible ?

We are looking at a Granddesign Reflection 28BH is any one pulling one with a gooseneck adapter and are there warranty issues if you do? I've gotten some unclear answers. If you own a 28BH how do you like it? Thanks for any information.
  • GD does use Lippert frames and components. Lippert will only warranty their frames if you use the Reese Goose Box which should work perfectly for you.

x2! If you already have a GN ball in your truck, consider an Andersen Ultimate hitch, which uses the existing GN ball as an anchor point. Another alternative is a Reese "Goosebox" pinbox, which is an extended pin box with a GN receiver on the end of it. Lippert does OK this on =some= of their frames.

  • I beleive Grand Design uses Lippert frames, which are the issue with gooseneck hitches. Call Grand Designs Customer Service, and ask your question. They are great at providing answers!
  • Check with the manufacturer, they will likely advise against it. Goose neck adapters put a strain on pin boxes they were never designed for. Go with it if you want but 'chucking' from flex may make your life miserable.
