I am considering buying Hankook 215/75R17.5 TH-10 tires on our 5th wheel. We will be replacing 16 inch wheels with 17.5.
Any thoughts on this tire?

Looks like another good tire to look at when replacements are needed. I like the Sailon 637 but if not available I would look at these. Thanks for the info.
First post on this site. I own a construction company, I have tried all kinds of tires on my goose neck trailers. I will run only one tire now, Hankook f19 maxi vantage made in Korea. These are the only ones I have ever had that will hold up for me.
We bought a Jayco fiver last month I ordered f19 for it.
To the OP I would put f19's on it instead of converting it to17.5. They are load range G 14 PLY 7.50 x 16" 105 PSI
Better look again as Me Again says the F19 has a 3330 lb rating which isn't a good choice for the OPs 7k axles.
Sailun S637's LT235/85-16 G load range at 3750 lbs capacity.
Hankook F19 750R16LT F load range at 3330 lbs capacity
However the F19 are popular on many haulers forums for trailers with 6k axles and smaller. - sk734Explorer

I am simply not going to argue with you. I run them on 7k axals on machinery trailers, and dully them up on 10k axals. I KNOW they work. Before I started using them sometimes I would only get 6 weeks on a new tire on a overloaded trailer. The ones I have now are at least 5 years old and showing some wear but never a blow out.

Only one problem, they are rated for 3330 pounds each, so they are not a correct tire for an axle rated over 6660 pounds! So no on 7K or 7K axles derated to 6750.

The Hankook F19 does not have the load capacity for axles 6750# and above.

Hope we can hear from more users of these two brands, Hankook & Sailun, because I also am in need of new rubber for my 5th wheel. Got a recommendation and quote on the Hankook. Was reluctant to buy them because I'd never heard of them. Am doing my homework on them now so this thread is very relevant. Thanks in advance for all of you who are contributing your comments.
Ask (or search brand/s) on the Escapees MDT and HDT forums.
Many of those folks are towing heavy trailers with 17.5" wheels - and tire "experiences" and recommendations come up from time to time.
