If you don't have any extra holes in the spring shackles, then your only option is to add a sub-frame to the suspension to raise your FW. If your truck is stock, you =may= have a lift block that can be removed to lower it slightly. I simply don't know enough about Dodges to know if they do. I believe late-model Fords do.
I still think you need to re-weigh and make sure your slider is in the forward position. Not questioning you on your FW axle weights, but I just have a hard time believing a 1k+ difference between them, given you have an equalizer between the axles.
The other thing I haven's seen mentioned is that much tilt might damage your fridge, since it needs to be fairly level to operate correctly.
