B&W, Made in USA with the head mount near level with the kingpin attachment height. No "chucking" reported with B&W. The jaws are machined steel at 1" thick.
Do a search on here of both brands and you will see the B&W not considering price will be the first choice. Yes B&W is more money buy hey so is your Ford.
Two bolts each side holding the Curt head in place VS 4 Grade 8 bolts on the B&W.
Simple latching system with NO question if you are hitched on the B&W VS the handle with flimsy locking mechanism and color coding.
You won't find complaints of hitching with the B&W but you will with the Curt.
Compare the quality of construction side by side.
Yes I one a B&W but the Curt shown below is my inlaws and I have hitched and unhitched a few times. It is very finicky and the owner keeps saying he does not like it and wishes he had the B&W but the Curt/RAM came with his truck.
