How high should it be above the trucks bed rails ?
I just moved up from a TT to a FW. How high should it sit above the truck bed sides ? As it sits now I've got 7 in or so. Mine is set up with goose neck adapter. Thanks for any help

A rule thumb is minimum of 6" but I've got away with just 5" but that was with a previous light fiver pin weight. I now have 8-9" but still gotta watch some of those entry/exit parking dips especially at some fuel stations.
