Absolutely to be SAFE, move up to at least, a MDT truck like a Chevy Kodiak 4500, or a Ford F-650 to safely handle that kind of weight and length of a 5th wheel. IMO anything less then that would be criminal to try and tow a 5th wheel that size. We'd researched 5th wheels to full time in and several were slightly less in GVW then that and I couldn't consider anything less then a MDT for the safety of my family and the traveling public. Yes maybe Ford/Chevy and Dodge show there 350/3500 series vehicles as being able to tow that weight BUT that's with a truck totally empty of everything except a 150lb. driver.
