Our 2016 Ram 3500 is rated for 39,100 GCWR, 30,050 trailer tow, 14,000 GVWR (limit for a Class 3 truck), 9,750 RAWR and 6,000 FAWR. It tows our 19,000 GVWR Mobile Suites 38RSSA easily. With a 23,000 GVWR 5th wheel, your likely limit would be the 9,750 RAWR, but if you keep your pin weight to 22% or 23% of the 5th wheel's GVWR, you should be fine.
If you're looking at a Ram 3500 dually, be aware that to get these ratings, you need the 385/900 Cummins, Aisin AS69RC transmission and 4.10 axle ratio.
