How much truck do I need for a 23K 5th wheel?

As also a boba fide weight police, I towed a 45' 21K GVW JAYCO Seismic 4112 all through the mountains of NC, SC, VA, TN and WVa with dig truck and ZERO ISSUES... In fact, I was over 700# under my trucks GVWR.. Another member is towing 23K.
As stated, Op is in dire need of, at the very least a 2013 and newer 350/3500. The F450/4500s are also more than capable.. Guess it depends on what all you want to use your TV for.
