But the fact that it only does it when not on shore power may indicate a weak battery. If battery voltage is low the pump will draw higher current making the problem worse.
Had same problem. Replace the auto resetting fuse first. Mine worked better on 110 versus battery also. Battery's were new.
And if that doesn't fix it, replace it again. The first replacement auto resetting fuse I bought was also bad. Replaced it again, no problems for 2 years since.
