So assuming that is true would you rather buy an older unit such as the one I just described or something newer that has also been well maintained? Is older really better assuming it has been maintained?
We have a 2004. Nothing fancy, has everything we need, and is still going strong. Paid off too, so a new one is not in my near future! The advantage to older is if there's no water damage/leaks, it was made very well. Anything can be fixed. Plus, while new is nice, older ones have more character and less glitz.
