Jayco HT 29.5FBDS

Any opinions on this model or the quality of Jayco? We have a Wildcat 312BHX currently and are looking at a new 5th.
Our wish list is:
- Bunkhouse
- Rear parents room
- prefer a dinette that is more like a long bench type setup. The Jayco is workable, but not ideal
- Prefer large black tanks as we dry camp alot in places with no outhouses etc
- Larger fridge
- Larger pantry
- Larger hot water tank
I have a F350, not a dual axle.
Any other options/leads is greatly appreciated!
