Lippert XL hydraulic landing gear pendant switches?

Question

We have a 2007 Excel FW, with a Lippert hydraulic landing gear system. The remote pendant switches are starting to act up and not work. Here is a picture of the controller:

The switches giving me trouble, are the four black rocker switches. They are simple on/off switches. Here's what they look like, from the other side:

Has anyone ever seen shallow switches like this? I would rather change them myself, than try to fight with Lippert about it.

I believe from your description of how the switches work and based on the pin configuration in the picture you want DPDT on-on switches.

The most common configuration for DPDT is on-off-on so you have to look for that.

Check out O'Reilly Auto Parts. I bought some similar switches this last spring. They had a pretty good selection of switches. I would remove one and take it with you to compare. Good luck, John

You might want to try cleaning the contacts with some steel wool or small wire brush, they just may have a slight bit of corrosion on them and not making good continuity between the contacts.
