IMO the dealer is simply hawking his tire brands. A ST is still a ST regardless of brand.
If I was forced to use a ST tire at this time on a heavy trailer like a 5th wheel it would be the Maxxis 8008. They seem to be the least amount of issues in the larger sizes.
While your opinion is welcome in the third paragraph-the dealers position is relevant based on the failures of Maxxis on this board which there have been at least three.
