Local dealer says stay away from new Maxxis tires??

Hi I had maxxis 8008 225 15 load range e on my 9000 lb fifth wheel and had one blow out this summer in west Texas and by the time i made it to El Paso two more were seperateing all less than a year old. discount tire replaced with carlisles.
