Local dealer says stay away from new Maxxis tires??

Maybe it does at some shops and maybe it doesn't. Maybe the owner is recommending tires based on what he sees coming back in to his shop and what brands he perceives are issues.

The one thing I know for sure is the more people that have put on the Maxxis tire it seems reports of failures are going up as well. Maybe it's to be expected.
