Mice in Fifth Wheel

makes no difference to me what your guys rules are or arent. Simple fact is, with our insurance if we have a mice problem in our units, depending on how much it will take a sanitation business to clean it they will write it off, same goes with a vehicle. I had a duramax written off for mice.

Put traps out. Glue traps and regular ones with peanut butter. They will find the food. Don't use decon or things like that. They take it away and die and you may find you have a stinky problem when they die and you can't get to the body. Snap, once and done.

I started to post that Fresh Cab didn't work for us, then saw the post that said to replace every 30 days. Oops!

Ha. That happened to me one time. I kept buying more and more dcon. Couldn't figure out how I could have so many mice. A few days later I opened up my BBQ and it was half full of dcon. Who was poisoning who?

I use Fresh Cab placed in the basement and underneath where all your plumbing is located. Buy Fresh Cab off Amazon, its a lot cheaper but you do have to replace every 30 days or it's not effective. Ask me how I know. I also put out 1 trap in the basement and 2 behind the wall where the plumbing is. FYI they like cigars also. I place a chewed up cigar by the trip and SNAP got one.

I think writing off the Rv because a mouse got in it is a bit extreme. You live near woods or fields, you will eventually get a mouse or two.

Take precautions to get the unit sealed up on the bottom and do not leave any food on the trailer.
