Well, they could move 100 miles west to the southeast side of Chicago and hire enterprising and hard working Poles and Mexicans. Have to pay more though but you get what you pay for.
It doesn't help the quality of help in northeastern Indiana that the heavy industrial work in northwestern Indiana, miils and refineries and such, pays much better. - WalabyExplorer III can't help but wonder if nothing will change until they change the physical location where RV's are made. Mike - bob213ExplorerI wonder how long it will take for this new building method to trickle down to the units an average person can afford? I'm guessing this will be used on top of the line products, especially since Thor now owns Airstream.
- laknoxNomadIMO, introducing automation to the build process can only be a good thing. No hungover, methhead gutter scrapings building RVs will certainly help quality.
